Starting with archival materials from the collection of the CSAC in Parma, the conception of the project began (in particular from Bruno Munari’s sketches for the book Disegnare un albero – Drawing a Tree): from conducting a workshop with a group of guys at the Botanical Garden of Parma, drawings were woven in collaboration with a local knitting mill. The result is a series of silk fabrics created from combinations of some of the boys’ drawings.
